All small parts (screws, rivets, clips) in this assembly line are fed automatically. The rivets are added with the TOX gas-liquid increasing cylinder riveting. The bolt USES the atlas torque gun to be automatically torquered and data saved. All the clips are assembled under the guidance of the CCD camera through the 6 axis FANUC robot to automatically adapt to the deterioration of CCB products.
